What are the policies for physical damage and burnt case products?

Physical Damage or Burnt cases are the one, which usually occurs due to human errors and thus voids the situation of giving warranty. But still, issue to be highlighted with us and we’ll try and arrange the solution, if possible.

Is live demo of products available on-site?

To help customer feel the product and our channel partner understand the same as well, ESEM is involve in arranging live demos @ customer site under certain condition. Demo site, need to be within 30 kms radius of company branch location. To call for demo, kindly communicate at respective branch level.

In case of Security Products, can we get installation support?

We’ve trained and professional technical advisors @ various locations and under their guidance accomplish the task of after sales support. Also, apart from our branch cities, we’ve dedicated partners associated with us in other cities who can help in installation support as well.

If distribution product, then product is available @ ESEM base / branch location. But, against solution, if required, products can be delivered @ installation site at an extra cost and against certain terms & conditions.
